The name of the route was chosen in honor of the local native and inventor of the shopping trolley, Mr. Rudolf Wanzl. The German company Wanzl Metallwarenfabrik GmbH is a German company that he founded after his expulsion from Jívová in Leipheim, Bavaria in the late 1940s. Did you know that this company is the world's largest manufacturer of shopping baskets and luggage trolleys? The beginning of the route will take you along the main road towards Domašov nad Bystřicí with a view of the wind turbines, the Libava military area, and the landscape of the Low Jeseník with the valley of the Bystřice River. From Domašov nad Bystříci, the route then climbs to the turn-off to Nová Veska and Norberčany (cycle route 6149). It is worth stopping at the Black Cross monument, which commemorates the rescue of Olomouc by General Laudon's troops, who defeated Prussian troops in these places in 1758 during the transport of supplies from Opava to Olomouc, thus saving Moravia from destruction. The trail then takes you to Norberčany with its four local districts and a new cultural center. At the top, in front of the Church of St. Anthony of Peduán grows a memorable peasant linden tree. In the local part of Trhavice, the Chapel of the Nativity of the Virgin Mary is also worth a visit. After this stop, the trail will take you back to Domašov nad Bystřicí to the turn-off towards Moravský Beroun and you will pass through the local part of Norberčan - Nová Véska (cycle route No. 6144). This way you will arrive in Moravský Beroun, the largest municipality of the Moravian-Beroun Microregion. Here you will find a beautiful square with a statue of the Virgin Mary Immaculata and a fountain by Mr. L. Dostál, the town restaurant R-club under the building of the National House. You will then continue your journey past the oldest hospital in Moravia along the new cycle path to the production plant of the famous Ondrášovka and then to the source of this acid. You will pass by the train station, in the past also the starting point of the narrow-gauge railway to Divorce. At the crossroads, you will come across the memorial linden tree in Sedmi Dvory and further on the right side the restored chapel of St. Jan Nepomucký. Then you continue along the Bytřice River floodplain to the crossroads at Petrovický Mill (cycle route No. 6148 and then 6108) and climb to Hraničný Petrovice. The route then continues straight past the local sawmill and descends steeply to the Těšíkovská kyselka. Here the route will take you through a landscape marked by large-scale forest transformation after the consequences of a bark beetle and wind calamity. You will then ride through the Belkovice valley on cycle route 6029 to the settlement of Modré skály, and after the junction on the left, you will be faced with a climb. On the way, you will pass the so-called bus turntable, the turn-off to the torso of Tepenec Castle, by which there is a chapel, and you will enter the village of Jívová. The route is moderately demanding due to the higher elevation, but it is mostly on paved roads. It is also suitable for trekking bikes. 0%
