The Moravian Trail runs from the Jeseníky Mountains to South Moravia. Its section through Central Moravia is ideal for fewer fit cyclists, even if you pedal nearly 82 kilometers.
In Central Moravia, the route connects Mohelnice, Litovel, Olomouc, Tovačov, and Kroměříž, and a significant part of it runs through the beautiful nature of the Litovel Pomoraví Protected Landscape Area. In the first part of the Haná section, you will pass through a romantic landscape of untouched floodplain forests. The towns of Litovel and Olomouc are options for a stop, refreshments, and a more detailed tour. The route then continues to Tovačov, where you can visit the local castle with its lookout tower and ride around the lakes and ponds surrounding the town. From this point you will go via Chropyně to Kroměříž (UNESCO). In the current marking of the Czech Tourist Club, the Moravian Trail corresponds to routes number 51 and 47.
