In nine rooms you will walk through a modern exhibition mapping the long history of the famous regional cheese and the process of its production.
"Tvarůžky" is the only cheese of Czech origin known for its unmistakable taste and distinctive aroma. The cheese contains minimal fat and is completely free of chemical additives. It is well suited for beer, spreads or just on bread. You can buy this local specialty in all shapes and forms in the company shop next to the museum. And if that's not enough for you, a few metres away you can taste ice cream made from the cheese and around the corner in the sweet shop you can taste original savoury desserts only made from this exceptional delicacy.
