In the basement of the historic museum building, you will see archaeological artifacts and children will have fun in the interactive prehistoric playroom.
Prehistory of Mohelnice - the exhibition of ceramics, stone tools, and jewellery is complemented by a playroom where you can try out prehistoric techniques of crushing grain and drilling stone. In addition, you can become an archaeologist and build a prehistoric vase from shards and solve various quizzes and crosswords. In the second exhibition "From the history of Mohelnice" you will be introduced to the story of the town and its surroundings during the 11th - 20th centuries.
