Restaurant with its own bakery creates dishes with seasonal food from local farmers and with respect for nature. The restaurant has added to the range of services of the now famous Long Story Short hostel in Olomouc, which has been highlighted by the world's media such as The Guardian and The New York Times.
At Eatery, thanks to the "world fusion" concept, you can look forward to tastes from all over the world, daily menus, creative shared-plate dinners and experiential evenings with the chef - the "chef's table". Eatery breathes a relaxed and informal atmosphere with just the right amount of elegance while maintaining the charm of family dining together.
The main role in the open kitchen is played by the Josper Grill - the Ferrari of grills. Heated with charcoal, food is cooked at temperatures of up to 300°C and seared on all sides at the same time, retaining all the flavour and juiciness. The smoke also plays a big role, which can be regulated in various ways and takes the taste of meat and vegetables to a whole new dimension. Why stick to one dish? Thanks to the shared plate concept, you can try multiple dishes from the menu in one evening. Experienced and creative chefs Petr Haneš and Honza Malý take care of your tastebuds at Eatery.
The menu is rather shorter, but all the more dynamic. It depends on the seasonality of the ingredients, so the dishes change within one or two weeks. And the menu will be enjoyed by meat lovers as well as vegetarians and vegans!
