The circular route starts at the information center in Šternberk with the sign 6009. From the center, you will climb up Opavská Street towards the start of the Ecce Homo line and further up to the village of Lipina. Just before the connection to the I/46 road, turn right onto the dirt road and go down carefully past the cemetery to Lipina. You can enjoy the beautiful views and then continue climbing to Těšíkov. You will pass through a part of the "Green Trail" pedestrian trail. In Těšíkov, turn right and follow cycle route 6129 down to Domašov u Šternberka - from there you will descend into the Bělkovický valley and then climb back up to the plateau of Jívová. This place is a frequent destination for cyclists, tourists, and in winter cross-country skiers, so it's not a bad tip to remember for your winter program! In Jívová you will have the opportunity to refresh yourself after your sporting performance and see the local sights. You will continue along cycle route 6009 to Hraniční Petrovice and then past the Těšíkovský mill to the Těšíkovská kyselka spring. The NS Green Trail information board will give you more information. After refreshment, you will climb up the Trusovický brook to the village of Horní Loděnice. You will cross the I/46 road and pass the church and leave the village in the direction of Danilov, a local part of Šternberk. Here you can refresh yourself and visit the Dalovské jezírkowith its natural swimming pool. From Dalov you will continue along the plateau on the cycle route 6145, which will take you from the eastern side to the village of Huzová. On the way, you can observe the natural beauty of the Sovinecko Nature Park. You will pass through Huzová towards the west and leave the village in the direction of Paseka. You will go down the Pasecky Žleb and you will have the opportunity to see the Pasecky waterfall on the Teplička stream. From the waterfall, you will go down to the village of Paseka, where you can visit the swimming pool in the natural biotope. From Paseka you continue under the forest on the 6009 cycle route towards Řídeč, passing through the village square and Krakořice (the local part of Šternberk). Follow cycle route 6105 and turn to Babice, where you can make a sports stop on the local fitness trail and then have a snack. From Babice to Šternberk you continue along the cycle path along the railway line. In Šternberk, you pass the collection yard on Věžní and Masarykova streets upstream of Sitka, then you go along Potoční and U Horní brány streets back to Horní náměstí.
The trail is designed for more demanding cyclists and has a higher elevation. This cycle path is also suitable for electric bikes. The length of the route is 61 km.
