The circular route starts and ends in Šterberk at the Upper Square in front of the information centre. Cyclists who take the trail have the opportunity to visit the zoo at St. Kopecek near Olomouc and to swim at the Health Centre in Bohuňovice or at the swimming pool in Bělkovice - Lašt'any. The climb at the beginning of the route will take you past the state castle of Šternberk to the Ecce Homo track, which offers magnificent views of Šternberk itself and the territory of the Upper Moravian Valley. You will then descend to the village of Lipina, where you can refresh yourself, and continue along the NS Green Trail towards Těšíkov, a local part of Šternberk. From Těšíkov, head south towards Domašov u Šternberka, following the signs for cycle route 6129. When you reach Domašov, you can have a bite to eat and see St. Martin's Church and a few smaller sights.Continue southwest and descend through a forest section (here on a worse surface) to the village of Bělkovice-Lašt'any. At this stop you can take advantage of the local restaurant U Dočkalů, visit the outdoor swimming pool. At the end of the village, follow the signs for the 6103 cycle route, which will take you to Vésky (the local part of Dolan). Golf enthusiasts in particular, but also complete beginners in this sport, will enjoy this stop at the local eighteen-hole course. From Vésky you go down through Nové Sady. At the ruins of Kartouzka (once a medieval monastery) you turn sharp left and climb through the forest section still on the 6103 cycle route. Exit the forest at the ZOO and the rope park. At Kopecek, where you will reach by this route, you can visit the Basilica of the Visitation of the Virgin Mary on the hill of John Paul II. From the zoo, continue downhill to Samotišky (route 6102, beware of the cobbles here) and on to Tovéř and Dolany by road, or you can use the dirt road from Tovéř leading to Dolany past the cemetery (where you will also find a memorable lime tree). Dolany offers a wide range of services such as a restaurant, playground or sports complex. The church of St. Matthew is definitely worth a visit, and the municipal office in the building of the chateau is also an attraction. From Dolany you will return to Bělkovice-Lašt'any along the cycle path completed in 2019, and then follow the cycle route 6029, which will lead you to Bohuňovice - here you can visit the Health Centre, a small aquapark. From Bohuňovice you can then return to Šternberk via Štarnov, or continue on the Hvězdná cycle path. The route is moderately demanding with a higher elevation and runs mostly on quality paved roads with the use of cycle paths. There is also the possibility to use electric bikes. The cycle path is 48 km long.
