| Bistro Paulus
Visit Bistro Paulus, a new project of Michelin-starred chef Roman Paulus, who has created an exceptional concept of a modern bistro in the heart of Olomouc - in the canteen, you can enjoy first-class food from Czech cuisine to recipes from all over the world. Cod with olives, mint, and polenta, risotto with gorgonzola, or the classic pork with paprika? For lunch, you can choose from several options of main dishes and soups every day, and enjoy one of the desserts as a sweet spot. As well as the lunch menu, you can pop into the bistro for breakfast - choose from quick bites like a butter croissant with jam or scrambled eggs and bacon, or enjoy a breakfast special of poached eggs in glass with truffle oil or an English breakfast. The bistro also offers a tasting dinner, cooking school, or a range of products based on recipes by Roman Paulus himself to take home.
