The nature trail through the literally romantic area around Nové Zámky starts in the historic royal town of Litovel. The trail does not form a circuit, it is 8.5 km long.
The route of the trail leads from the town along the red tourist sign and first passes through the national nature reserve Vrapač and the nature reserve Hejtmanka. You may see European beaver and rarely the river kingfisher. The path continues through floodplain forests and the picturesque countryside around Nové Zámky. In the last third of the way, the Temple of Friendship rises on a rock above the river. The castle, open towards the forest, offers a magnificent view of the river from its windows and thus characterises the entire nature trail.
