SushiHub is a new project with a vision to offer sushi differently. Sushi is prepared only with ingredients from proven suppliers of the highest quality. Another interesting feature is the cooperation with Czech aquaponic farms, which supply the Hub with fish and vegetables of the highest organic quality without the use of any chemicals - you can taste the line called BIO sushi.
The Hub works with a Czech startup that supplies vegetable and herb plants in the 7-14 day growth phase, called microgreens, which are grown using the latest technology. Their main benefit is that their concentration of vitamins, minerals and fibre is many times higher than in fully grown plants.
In addition to traditional sushi as you know it, you can also taste its unusual variations - how about sushi with tvarůžky, the traditional cheese delicacy, in the Olomouc style? All products are also packed in recyclable and compostable packaging, so a visit to SuShiHub will not only be a good and nutritious dining experience for you, but you will also be supporting the concept of sustainability and respect for nature.
The Hub can be found near Horní náměstí in Olomouc on Sokolská Street.
