HOW TO DO IT
Heat the fat in a saucepan, add the finely chopped onion, 1/2 drumstick of sliced garlic and fry everything until golden brown. Add the cumin and the meat cut into medium sized cubes, puree, ground pepper and fry everything. Pour in water, add spices and simmer until tender. We must stir occasionally and top up the water so that the meat does not stick! When the meat is tender, season with pressed garlic, marjoram and thicken with flour. For a better thickening, we can mix the flour with a little water and slowly add it to the stew so that we do not get lumps. Boil for at least 15 minutes. Garnish with red onion.
