HOW TO DO ITSqueeze the garlic. Finely chop the chillies and onion. Put the Tvargle in a food processor, add a little salt (you can leave this out completely as the Tvargle are salty enough), pepper, garlic, onion and sour cream. Mix everything well and put it in a bowl. Sprinkle with garlic sprouts (radish sprouts are great too) or something green. Serve with fresh bread or on toast. TIP!
