Semolina porridge

Protein and low carb porridges are the trending these days. But why not get back to the classics we loved as kids once in a while...

  • 300 ml of milk
  • salt
  • semolina
  • confectioners' sugar
  • fruit for decoration
  • for decoration and flavouring to taste: nuts, chocolate, cocoa
  • butter

Take a pot into and pour milk in it, add a little salt and sugar. Gradually heat the milk and add semolina as needed, so that the porridge is creamy and not too thick. Stir constantly so that it does not stick to the bottom of the pot. Once the ideal consistency has been reached, serve in bowls, decorate with fruit, nuts and, if you like the classics, sprinkle the porridge with cocoa (we highly recommend cocoa from Čokoládovna Troubelice). Finally, top with melted butter.
