Clean your potatoes, onions, carrots, a piece of celery and parsley. Cut everything into cubes. Put the butter in a saucepan and once it has melted, add the onions and fry until golden. Dust with flour and prepare the roux. Make sure it doesn't burn. Pour in the water and add the potatoes and root vegetables, dried mushrooms and season with spices and salt. Cook until the ingredients are soft. Once the ingredients are soft, add the marjoram and garlic and boil for a little longer. To soften the taste, you can add more cream. |
