What was life like in the region of Haná at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries? Find out in the Haná open-air museum!
The open-air museum consists of folk buildings from the 19th century, which illustrate the local traditional architecture. You can see the housing exhibition in Kameníček's farmhouse and the agricultural machinery and tools in the log barns. Throughout the year, the museum organizes regular events, such as traditional clay building days or interactive harvesting and threshing demonstrations, where you can try your hand at previously common rural work. One of the routes of the horse-drawn carriage rides in Forman's wagon also passes through the museum in Příkazy, which is a great experience for the whole family!
