Olomouc tvarůžky festival /April/
Spring is welcomed in Olomouc with tvarůžky (regional cheese delicacy) and beer! Every year, restaurants and bistros compete in original recipes in which tvarůžky play a major role. You can taste tvarůžky ice cream, tvarůžky pancakes, desserts, burgers, meatballs or tartare. Of course, this deserves to be washed down with regional beer - preferably from the TVARG Brewery.
