V historické budově muzea si prohlédnete na 10 stálých expozic. Mezi nejpůsobivější patří Olomouc – patnáct století města, která nabízí sedm hlavních historických témat tvořících ucelený obrázek dějin města, Galerie osobností Olomouckého kraje a Od kolébky do hrobu představující příběh o narození a smrti, který je zasazen do reálného prostředí hanácké vesnice a hanácké krajiny 19. století. Mimo to se v průběhu roku můžete těšit i na řadu atraktivních výstav!

Na ekspozycjach stałych zwiedzający mogą zapoznać się z historią Ołomuńca, ludowymi tradycjami regionu, historią kamienia oraz najważniejszymi osobistościami kraju ołomunieckiego.

W zabytkowym budynku muzeum można zobaczyć dziesięć tego typu wystaw. Do najbardziej znaczących należy chociażby Ołomuniec w ciągu piętnastu stuleci, na której to ekspozycji zapoznasz się z siedmioma tematami głównymi, tworzącymi historyczny, całościowy obraz dziejów miasta. Innymi ważnymi wystawami stałymi są Galeria osobowości kraju ołomunieckiego oraz Od kołyski do grobu, z których ta druga przedstawia historię narodzin i śmierci, związaną ze środowiskiem hanackiej wsi z XIX wieku.
